Supercars have unveiled a 13-round 2025 calendar that begins at Sydney Motorsport Park in February and ends in Adelaide in November.
The 2025 season also sees a return of Queensland Raceway in Ipswich and The Bend in South Australia.
The pre-announced 500km endurance round at The Bend precedes the Bathurst 1000, with Sandown moving to a November timeslot to be the penultimate round of the season in a Sprint weekend format.
Every event which featured on the 2024 calendar returns next season, with Bathurst reducing from two rounds to one after stepping up to host the season-opener in 2024 following the demise of the Newcastle 500.
Supercars CEO Shane Howard said: “The expansion to 13 events not only brings back Ipswich but solidifies Supercars’ national and international footprint.
“We’re thrilled about the strategic additions and shifts in the calendar, including moving Sandown to a November date and debuting an endurance round at The Bend.
“We’re incredibly excited to announce the return of the Ipswich event in 2025. After a few years off the calendar, we know fans in south-east Queensland have been eager for its return.
“Queensland Raceway has had significant upgrades, and the August event will be one to mark in the calendar to attend at a truly revitalised venue.”
RACE Chairman Barclay Nettlefold said: “Expanding the 2025 Repco Supercars Championship was a key priority for us, and it’s something fans have been asking for over the last few years.
“Adding the 13th event is a reflection of our ongoing commitment to growing the sport and providing more opportunities for fans to engage with Supercars in different locations.
“With plans for a Perth street circuit in place and Toyota confirmed to bring the GR Supra onto the grid in 2026 the future is an exciting one that we are proud to be delivering for fans.”
The 2025 season begins with a twilight sprint event at Sydney Motorsport Park on February 21-23, ahead of the Australian Grand Prix on March 13-16.
The series than heads to New Zealand for the pre-announced ITM Taupo Super400 on April 11-13.
The Tasmania round moves to earlier in the season and follows the New Zealand outing, with the May 9-11 date the fourth round of the championship.
Rounds in Perth (June 6-8), Darwin (June 20-22), and Townsville (July 11-13) follow, before the series returns to the Tony Quinn-owned Queensland Raceway for the first time since 2019 on August 8-10.
The 500km Endurance race at The Bend is set for September 12-14 ahead of the Bathurst 1000 on October 9-12.
The Gold Coast race weekend follows on October 24-26, before the penultimate round at Sandown round on November 14-16.
The 2025 season wraps up in Adelaide (November 27-30) as it will in 2024.
Three rounds remain in the 2024 season, beginning with the Bathurst 1000 next weekend.
