Codie Taylor has been confirmed as the All Black’s second entrant into the Supercars celebrity virtual event next week.
The Canterbury-based front-rower was rumoured to be one of two players interested in partaking in the event. His participation was confirmed yesterday after Velocity News had reached out to the All Blacks.
Earlier this week, fellow All Black Angus Ta’avao was confirmed to be one of the starters for the forthcoming race.
Both Taylor and Ta’avao will join an illustrious group of individuals in next week’s proceedings, which includes the likes of five-time 500cc World Champion Mick Doohan, Dakar Rally winner Toby Price, and McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown.
The race will be shown live on Sky Sport 5 next week. There will also be a live stream via the official Supercars page from 9pm NZT.
