Matthew Payne has revealed the look of his FT60 a week out from the 2021 Toyota Racing Series season opener.
Payne will be contesting the full three-round series with reigning champions M2 Competition in his rookie year.
His livery sports a striking blue and navy colour scheme with red accents along the engine cover, the front wing and around the halo.
This year is set to be Payne’s busiest of his young career. Following his TRS campaign, the 18-year-old will run with Porsche New Zealand in the Australia Porsche Carrera Cup.
He became the first recipient of the Team Porsche New Zealand scholarship, which was championed by Le Mans 24 Hour winner Earl Bamber.
Payne’s first official outing in his new look will be this weekend at Hampton Downs for round one of the TRS, which coincides with the New Zealand Grand Prix.
Hampton Downs will also host the second round on the schedule, though on the shorter national circuit.
Manfeild Circuit Chris Amon is the venue for the series finale over February 12 – 14.
