In a statement released by the Kelly brothers, they said, “after 23 years in Supercars, including 13 years of team ownership across three different manufacturers, the Kelly Brothers have decided to call it a day on Supercars team ownership.”
“After forming a partnership with the Grove Group at the start of 2021, the Kelly Brothers have agreed to sell their remaining 50% stake to the Grove’s come season end.”
“Having found a partner with consistent values, the Kelly Brothers are ready to hand over the mantle.”
“Moving forward, the Grove’s will build upon the solid foundation and legacy that the Kelly Brothers have created over two decades in the industry.”
The deal will see the Grove Group takeover all assets aside from the engineering side of the business which the Kelly’s will keep
