Rowan Shepherd and Action Motorsport will finally debut their Lamborghini Reiter R-EX GT3 in next month’s Speed Works meeting at Hampton Downs.
The car arrived in New Zealand in July, with the team planning to enter it into the South Island Endurance Series.

However, as Auckland’s lockdown continued well into September and October, Action Motorsport missed the entire endurance season.
It was a disappointing blow for everyone involved. But as travel restrictions get set to ease next month, the team will get the opportunity to show off their latest addition.
Shepherd is racing the Lamborghini in the open GT category, which Speed Works says has up to five newly arrived GT3s lined up to race.
